Sunderland right back Phil Bardsley has been linked with a move to newly promoted Blackpool.
It has been no secret that Sunderland boss Steve Bruce doesn't rate the former Man United man, the biggest clue being when Bruce got in Spurs defender Alan Hutton on loan, Bardsley then dropped to the bench.
Sunderland made an offical inquiry on the availablity on Hutton at the close of the season but as per usual Spurs wanted silly money for the player.
But now Bruce seems to have turned his attention on signing Argentinian International right back Marcos Angeleri.
