Newspaper reports linking Sunderland with a move for Portsmouth’s midfielder Kevin-Prince Boateng.
Portsmouth players could be classed as easy picking due to there current financial problems, but Sunderlands evaluation of 5 million has not hit the price tag of 7 million that Portsmouth have attached to the 22 year old. Rumours of Sunderland midfielder Kieran Richardson be unhappy on wearside, are fueling rumours as Boateng would be a direct replacement.
