Sunderland are said to be in talks with veteran defender Wes Brown with regards to signing a 12 month deal.
It was thought that Wes Brown would hang up his boots at the end of the season, but this morning its thought that the 36 year old will be offered or has been offered another 12 months on Wearside. His will be primarily back up to any defenders that will be signed over the summer, as Sunderland have been heavily linked in a move for Celtic defender Virgil van Dijk.
