The Black Cats sit one win away from the top of the league and Roy Keane believes Sunderland can grab an automatic promotion place.
For the last six years, the Millenium Stadium in Cardiff has hosted the play-off finals but with the completion of Wembley this year they could return to London.
Keane said: "I'm relaxed about it, it's not even crossed my mind, really. In an ideal world we won't be in the play-offs but if we have to go down that road, we'll be ready."
