Darren Bent named in the England team

Sunderland's super striker Darren Bent has been named in the England 23 man squad to face Montenegro at Wembley on 12 October.

Having been robbed of a place in England's world cup team, which seems to of turned out to be a god send looking back at England's woeful performance. 

Having scored 7 goals already this season, Benty is on course to finish again as one of the best strikers the country has to offer, he couldn’t do anymore to gain a place in the England team.

One addition that has raised eye brows to the international team is that of 33 year old Bolton striker Kevin Davies which will be his first cap as an England player.
