Niall Quinn has already confirmed he has taken midfielder, Riera, to Wearside on-trial. But reports suggest he is also interested in 24 year old captain, Arnau Caldentey. The striker, who has never featured for the Barcelona first team, is also being tracked by SPL outfit Hearts. Pasching goalkeeper, Michael Gspurning, is also being looked at by manager, Niall Quinn. Meanwhile, ex-Newcastle United defender, Robbie Elliot, has been on-trial at the Stadium Of Light and impressed in yesterday's friendly with Carlisle United.
