Let's put it this way, if Julio doesn't sign a new contact and Sunderland sell him, the supporters will do their nut and season ticket sales will drop...again!
Sunderland need to offer him good money and add a clause to his contact stating he can leave for no less than 4m if we are not promoted at the end of next season. This is the only way I can see us keeping the lad.
