Reports from Italian sports news is that Sunderland have inquired about the availability of Fiorentina’s striker Khouma Babacar.
The reports have gone as far to say that Sunderland Officials have spoken to the player’s agent, with regards to a move for the Senegal striker.
Babacar has pace and power, but struggled to break into the first team over Nikola Kalinic, so could now be looking for first team action.
Crystal Palace has been linked to the striker, along with newly promoted Middlesbrough and London side West ham also interested.
It’s though that Fiorentina have put a 8.5 million pounds price tag on Babacar.
