Sunderland and Hungarian International Marton Fulop is in the final stages of signing for old boss Roy Keane at Ipswich, Fulop has made no secret of his desire to leave the Black Cats in search for first team action, being second choice to Craig Gordon.
Both Ipswich and Sunderland have agreed terms and the outcome of a medical on the keeper will finalize the deal.
