The 25-year-old Dane has one year to run on his current deal, and has attracted interest from a host of clubs across Europe, including German side Eintracht Frankfurt.
However, Bjerg insists he is not on Die Fohlen's radar.
"We do not look for the type of player like Bendtner," Flindt-Bjerg told Bild.
"We are looking for other types in the transfer window."
Bendtner spent last season out on loan at Juventus, but suffered a frustrating campaign, clocking up just nine appearances for the Old Lady.
