More Surgery For Kyle

The Black Cats striker is to travel to America to have another operation on the injury which has seen him sidelined for almost a year.

"This is a serious injury. It is doing his head in, missing out on matches and training. We all feel for him," manager Mick McCarthy told Sunderland's official website.
