New Miller Bid Turned Down

Having had a bid for the Scotland international striker turned down by Wolves last week, the Black Ctas improved their bid for the 27-year-old transfer listed forward but Wolves have again snubbed the offer.

"We received a second offer but it fell way short of our valuation of the player and we communicated this to Sunderland," Wolves chief executive Jez Moxey told his clubs official website.

"The manager would be keen to keep Kenny for next season and unless a suitable bid is received, we are happy for him to stay and play for us next term."
