Kidderminster boss Andy Thorn hailed match-winner Joe Lolley after he waved a glorious goodbye by clinching a famous FA Cup giant-killing.

Lolley, who is set to sign for Championship club Huddersfield on Wednesday, smashed a stunning winner as the sole non-league survivors sank League One side Peterborough 3-2 in a London Road replay.

Lolley's 76th-minute rocket came just two minutes after Posh had hauled themselves level and it secured a dream fourth-round date at Sunderland.

Thorn said: "That was the icing on the cake for Joe.

"He needed to do it as he gave the ball away in the lead up to Peterborough's penalty a couple of minutes earlier!

"It's the worst kept secret in the world that he is moving on but he has been absolutely fantastic for us.

"Joe felt he owed it to his team-mates to help earn them a great tie at Sunderland and that will be a fantastic day out."
