Sunderland’s Italian keeper Vito Mannone has been unveiled today to have put pen to paper signing a new deal keeping him on Wearside until 2018.

Mannone’s current deal was due to end at the end of the forth coming season, but has now agreed to add another year to it.

Mannone signed for Sunderland back in 2013 for London side Arsenal, and became a fan favourite in stopping penalties against Man United in the 2014 League Cup semi’s.
