Apparently Sunderland and West Ham United are currently in a race to sign Nice right back, Jeremy Pied.
Pied will be a free agent in the summer with his contract running out with Nice, who do want to keep hold of him. But with nothing signed with is current club, it has alerted the attentions of other sides around Europe.
Sunderland will be in the market for a right back with American international and Spurs player, DeAndre Yedlin’s loan deal ending and going back to his parent club. Although it’s not to say Sunderland may approach Spurs after Yedlin’s successful spell on Wearside. But any deal or offer may take a while to be processed, as Yedlin is currently on International duty.
