Sorensen to return

The Danish keeper has been sidelined with a dislocated elbow sustained in the game at Arsenal on October 6th and was not expected to return to action until mid-January.

However, Sorensen is ahead of schedule and looks set for a place on the bench for the Old Trafford clash.

"I haven't finalised my squad yet but I don't see any reason why Thomas Sorensen can't be included," said boss Howard Wilkinson.

"I watched him in training and he's done everything. He seems to be back to full fitness."
