Weekend rumours of Spurs winger Andros Townsend being on the Sunderland wanted list in the summer spending spree.
Sunderland have yet to sign or in public knowledge make an offer for any players, yet the list of players being linked is growing by the hour!
Over the weekend Townsend was linked as a possible target for Dick Advocaat, if it’s true he would be a decent signing for the Black Cats. Townsend it’s a product of Spurs youth but has played a bit part for the London club, spending a lot of time out on loan until this last season, although making only a handful of appearances.
