The Sunderland Prophet - Sunderland V QPR

QPR
I hit the nail on the head with the result against Crewe on Tuesday night. I predicted a 3-1 win and a 3-1 win we got, but only managed to get one of the scorers correct. Sunderland managed 22 shots at goal which was considerably better than the Coventry game and an all round better performance.

This win will have done team confidence the world of good and playing QPR could not have came at a better time for us a worse time for them. Watford trashed QPR in their last match and I'm affraid it's more of the same come Saturday. I'm not expecting to see much of a change in personel. Caldwell will keep his place, Mhyre will make way for Poom, McCartney will return if fit and Mr Lawrence will be back to the bench.

Having two games at home after the dissapointing game at Coventry is a god send. Im not expecting Sunderland to beat QPR, I expecting Sunderland to thump QPR. This is the perfect platform for Sunderland to hoist themselves to the top of the league.

Starting eleven: Poom, Wright, Breen, Caldwell, McCartney, Arca, Robinson, Whitley, Oster, Stewart and Kyle.

Subs: Alnwick, Clarke, Thornton, Lawrence and Elliott.

Score: SUNDERLAND AFC 4 QPR 1

Scorers: KYLER, ELLIOTT, LAWRENCE AND ARCA.
