Sunderland apparently have rekindled their interest in French left back Arthur Masuaku, currently at Greek giants Olympiacos.
Big Sam is in the market to strengthen his Sunderland side, with a left back at the top end if his list. As USA international DeAndre Yedlin return to his parent club Spurs, and with him now involved in a legal battle across the pond, Sam could look at other options.
Although Sunderland already have Patrick van Aanholt as a left back, it is thought that Masuaku could also play in the right back position.
