American International DeAndre Yedlin has been excluded from the Tottenham squad that are heading out to Italy to face giants Inter Milan.
After a successful season on loan at Wearside, Sunderland have made the intensions known that they would like to turn Yedlin’s loan deal into a permanent contract.
It was expected the he would be one of Sunderland’s first signings, but after he was involved in some legal wrangling back home in the USA, then the whole Sam Allardyce move to be the England boss, any transfers seemed to be shelved.
Now that is behind the Black Cats, new boss David Moyes has expressed his views on bring the American back to Sunderland on a permanent basis.
Hopefully from a Sunderland aspect, the dropping of Yedlin from the team is a sign that business between the two clubs is underway or even better he is on his way up to Wearside.
