Pascal Chimbonda has rejoined Spurs after just six months of first leaving, Sunderland boss Ricky Sbragia revealed that the defender was struggling to settle in the North-East and a move back to London was in the best interests of both the player and the club.

An undisclosed fee as been agreed between both Sunderland and Tottenham.
