The Sunderland Prophet - Bring in another striker or pay the price!

The Championship!
The Prize!
Sunderland have managed to haul themselves out of the lower regions of The Championship to sit just outside the play places, but a new striker is needed and needed quickly if this run is to continue and us have a genuine chance of automatic promotion.

Kyle will be out for some time, Marcus Stewart blows hot and cold and it's unknown how Elliott will fair over his first full season.

It's easy for the supporters to forget about this when we're playing well and scoring goals, but I'm sure all Sunderland fans will agree, that unless we get sombody in soon, you know that the current fowards goals are going to dry up at some point and we'll need somebody to step in and do the business.

I'm tired if seeing us linked with players that either sign for somebody else because we didn't move quick enough or Mick has decided against a move.

What's wrong with Webber, Ormerod, Parkin, Ashton or even Boyd?

Mick has said he doesn't want to buy a player unless they add something to the team. If he continues to ingnor this for too long, then we could end up paying the price. I know where my blame will fall, sorry Mick.
